How do I book a wedding consultation?

We'd love to sit down with you! We recommend booking a dedicated appointment so we can give your wedding plans the undivided attention they deserve. During this friendly, no-obligation chat, we'll explore your vision and ideas. Afterwards, we'll email you a detailed, personalised quote, leaving you free to decide if we're the right fit for your special day.

How far in advance should I book my wedding florist?

As soon as you can! Our diary fills up quickly especially popular dates during the summer months. Securing your date early means you can relax, knowing your flowers are in safe hands.

Do I need to know all my flower details when I book?

Absolutely not! We know that wedding plans evolve, and our process is designed to support you every step of the way. The most important first step is simply securing your date with us.Once you've had your initial free consultation and decided we're the right florist for you, we require a 20% booking fee to officially secure your date, for more information check out our terms and conditions. This isn't an extra charge; it's simply the first payment towards your final flower total. From there, our planning journey looks like this:

• The Mid-Point Meeting: Halfway to your wedding day, we'll schedule a "keep-in-touch" meeting. This is a perfect opportunity to see where you're up to with your plans, review our initial ideas, and make any adjustments needed.
• The Finalisation Meeting: Around 12 weeks before your wedding, we'll have our final planning session. This is where we confirm all the creative details—from bouquet ribbon to buttonhole style—and lock in your final designs.

This structured process ensures nothing is missed and you feel confident and excited about your wedding flowers from the moment you book until the big day.

What should I bring to our consultation?

Bring your vision! The more information you can share, the better we can bring your dream to life. Great things to bring include:

• Photos or descriptions of your wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses.
• Colour swatches or samples of your wedding theme.
• Inspiration photos of flowers and bouquets you love (Pinterest boards are perfect!).

When will my wedding flowers be delivered?

We typically deliver your flowers approximately two hours before the ceremony to ensure they are perfectly fresh. However, this is flexible, and we can arrange an earlier delivery time to suit your schedule.

What do you recommend for thank-you bouquets (for Mums, etc.)?

Our most popular choice is a beautiful hand-tied bouquet presented in an aqua-pack (a "bubble" of water). This keeps the flowers hydrated and fresh, and they come in a stylish carry bag, making them effortless for your Mums to handle until they get home. Of course! We have plenty of experience working with couples from outside the area. We can manage the entire process through email, phone, and video calls, sharing inspiration boards, photos, and detailed proposals to ensure we capture your vision perfectly, no matter the distance. Do you deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays?

Yes! Your flowers will be designed and delivered fresh on your wedding day, no matter what day of the week it is.

We're getting married between Christmas and New Year. Is that a problem?

Not at all, but it's something we plan for carefully. Flower availability can change during the festive period as the European flower auctions close for the holidays. This might mean we need to source your flowers a little earlier than usual. We are experts in navigating this and will advise you on the best seasonal choices to ensure your flowers are stunning.

Do you offer other wedding decor items besides flowers?

We do! We have a wonderful selection of finishing touches to complement your flowers. From elegant vases and charming heart decorations to "Mr & Mrs" signs, you can find the perfect details to complete your venue styling.
