We love collaborating with other wedding professionals in Liverpool, and Caitlin & Christopher’s wedding was a perfect example of how a dream team comes together to create a truly magical day. One of our favourite people to work alongside is Michelle from The Bridal Lab, a Liverpool bridal makeup artist, who has over 18 years’ experience in the industry. Her style is all about beauty-enhancing, soft glam makeup — elegant, flawless, and timeless. It’s the kind of look that photographs beautifully, lasts all day, and makes brides feel completely confident.
Michelle has spent the last 7 years working exclusively in bridal makeup, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every single wedding. Each bride receives a bespoke touch-up kit to keep them photo-perfect, plus the reassurance that Michelle is there right up until they say “I do.”
She is also a trusted makeup artist at some of Liverpool’s most beautiful wedding venues, including Calderstones Mansion, Allerton Manor, Rainhill Hall, Knowsley Hall, and The Isla Gladstone.
If you’re a 2026 or 2027 bride and looking for a bridal makeup artist who will make you feel confident, beautiful, and completely looked after, we couldn’t recommend Michelle more highly.
Caitlin & Christopher’s wedding was just stunning. Their black-and-white modern theme felt effortlessly chic, with every detail working together beautifully. Caitlin’s soft glam makeup, expertly done by Michelle from The Bridal Lab, was flawless and long-lasting, perfectly paired with her pearl-drop earrings, Karen Millen shoes, Chanel No.5 perfume and bridal gown from Isabellas Closet Bridal. There was also oodles of candlelight throughout their venue rooms the Royal Liver Building which gave the day a soft, romantic glow.
The bridesmaids looked striking in their black dresses, carrying sleek faux flower bouquets, which made Caitlin’s fresh bridal hand-tied bouquet really pop. We worked with flowers in whites, nude tones, subtle blacks, and delicate pearl accents to create a bouquet that felt modern, timeless, and completely in keeping with the theme.
The groom and groomsmen had coordinating pocket boutonnieres, adding a subtle floral touch that tied the look together perfectly. From florals to accessories, everything felt considered, stylish, and completely reflective of the couple’s personality.
